What We Are Doing

  • You may now wait in your car for your appointment and one of our staff will wave you inside for your appointment as opposed to sitting in the waiting room.

  • No patient or employee who has signs of sickness will be admitted to the clinic for treatment or work.

  • No patient or employee will be allowed in the clinic for 14 days after traveling abroad or on a cruise, or have recently traveled to any of the following areas: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, New Orleans, or California.

  • Each patient will be provided hand sanitizer to use when entering and leaving the clinic.

  • We are asking patients to bring their own pen to sign in for check-in to their appointment. We will have sanitized pens for each patient if needed.

  • Every hour all equipment will be sanitized with an EPA-specified product that kills the coronavirus.

  • Each table will be disinfected with an EPA-specified product after each patient.

  • Every therapist will thoroughly wash hands before and after each patient encounter.

  • Please note that if you have not been into the clinic in over a week (7 days) and have a scheduled appointment, we will be calling the day before to confirm your appointment for the following day.

  • We are accepting ApplePay & other touchless forms of payment if a patient prefers not to bring their credit/debit card, cash, or check into the clinic for payment.

For the comfort of our patients and in an effort to keep all those at risk safe, we are now offering Telehealth / E-Visits for our established patients. Please contact our office if you are a current patient and would like us to verify your insurance benefits for Telehealth / E-Visits.

Coltman & Baughman Physical Therapy is OPEN to serve our patients and community. We are taking every precaution to keep our patients and employees safe from the spread of COVID-19 during this time. Our normal hours of business remain the same, as Physical Therapy / Outpatient Rehabilitation is deemed essential by HHS (U.S. Department of Health & Human Services).

We are asking that if any patients (or anyone coming into our clinic) have the symptoms of COVID-19 virus which include all of the following: fever, cough, and shortness of breath, to refrain from coming into the clinic until cleared by their physician. If you have been out of the country, have recently been on a cruise, or are coming from any of the following areas: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, New Orleans, or California, to please refrain from coming into the clinic for a period of 14 days after your return.

Telehealth / E-Visits

Due to Jacksonville's city-wide mask mandate, we are requiring that all patients and anyone accompanying them to wear a mask when entering CBPT, during their appointment time, and upon their departure. We are now also taking each patient's temperature upon their arrival.

Thank you in advance!
